Project Management

With the new ACC project management system (Autodesk Construction Cloud), Mannverk offers services and tools to enhance efficiency, improve workflows, and ensure quality in construction projects. ACC is a comprehensive cloud solution that facilitates communication and collaboration between teams in construction projects. With ACC, all project information is stored in one place, making management and progress monitoring during construction easier. The solution allows real-time data and drawing sharing, ensuring that everyone has access to the latest versions and information. This leads to greater accuracy and a reduced risk of errors, resulting in improved quality, operations, and overall project success.

Commissioning service

Mannverk has extensive experience in testing and commissioning complex equipment in facilities and for building operations.
The company employs a specialized team responsible for systematic testing, tracking of results, and complete documentation from the initial design phase to project handover.
We work with all types of technical systems — power and redundancy systems, cooling and ventilation systems, piping, access control and security systems, facility monitor and control systems, and other systems that require extensive functional testing.

Mannverk’s testing procedures are based on the company’s quality manual and are tailored to the needs of each client. We base our approach to international standards such as EN50600 (ISO22237), guidelines from the Uptime Institute, and the Icelandic guidelines on systematic commissioning (FSFE 2023).

Built on this foundation, Mannverk provides comprehensive testing and commissioning services — from design and test specifications to energization and startup, coordination of specialists, and final verification of the functionality of systems and sequence of operation of facilities.
