New construction – Sléttuvegur
Sjómannadagsráð and Mannverk signed on May 31st 2018 a contract which states that Mannverk builds and delivers 99 service apartments for elderly people.
Construction will begin in the next few days, and estimated conclusion of the contract is scheduled in end of 2019.

The buildings at Gerplustraeti street 31-37 in the Reykjavík suburb of Mosfellsbær are four stores tall plus a parking garage in the basement.
